THE ROLE & THE TEAM
At Zeos Platform Operations, we act as a bridge between commercial, operations, and tech teams to enable seamless onboarding and successful integration for our Multi Channel Fulfillment (MCF) service. Our work rectly impacts partner satisfaction and enables scalable growth across new markets, sales channels, and strategic partnerships. Within the Zeos Onboarding team, we own the partner journey from post-signature to go-live, supporting technical integration, project management for strategic partners, and hypercare. We consult on solution design, facilitate testing processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring new service capabilities of Zeos to life. As an Onboarding Manager (ZEOS Platform Operations), you will work hands-on with our partners, integrators, and sales channels to drive high-quality onboarding. You will support in implementing and scaling Multi Channel fulfillment across Europe, contribute to product improvements, and help shape a replicable and partner-first integration experience.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Relationship & retention:
● As the main contact during onboarding, you will guide partners through the integration , testing, go-live and hyper care phases.
● You consult and foster long-term relationships with our key partners based on mutual success, ensuring value driven solutions
Project management:
● With your strong technical affinity and a solid business understanding, you will contribute to high-complexity cross-functional projects with a significant business impact
● You will coordinate launches with various teams to align on timelines and technical scope.
● You will configure partners in all internal systems based on requirements.
Stakeholder engagement:
● You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
● You will support commercial, product, engineering etc teams with data-driven identification of product and process improvements
● You are able to communicate your priorities clearly, resolve conflicts in efficient way in order to build strong relationships with the teams
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
● You have 3–5 years of experience in B2B integrations(preferably), partner onboarding, ecommerce, project management, or operations within a tech, logistics, or platform environment
● You are a proactive and self-driven professional who is dedicated to taking ownership of their work independently and delivering exceptional results.
● You have experience managing and collaborating within multiple different stakeholders, both internally and externally
● You bring solid knowledge of onboarding cycle, project management, and common e-commerce platforms or integrators
● You are problem solver that can foresee potential issues and challenges and offer the solution
● Fluency in English is required; German language is a plus.
