As the SAP Basis team Lead, you will be at the heart of our company's digital engine. You will lead a talented team of 6-9 SAP Basis Consultants and Administrators who form the technical backbone for our entire SAP landscape. We are on an exciting journey, transitioning from a traditional operational focus to becoming proactive, strategic enablers of business growth. Your team is pivotal in managing a cutting-edge environment that includes S/4HANA, BTP, and a full suite of AWS services, ensuring our most critical systems are stable, performant, and secure.

Lead, mentor, and empower a team of SAP Basis team members, fostering their professional growth and creating a culture of excellence and collaborative success.
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for our SAP landscape, driving the adoption of cloud-native practices on AWS and championing automation to enhance efficiency.
Take ownership of the stability, performance, and security of our business-critical SAP systems, ensuring they are a resilient foundation for our business operations.
Act as the key technical leader for major projects, including system migrations, upgrades, and the implementation of new BTP services, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Collaborate closely with a diverse range of senior stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value and building long-lasting, trust-based relationships.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities to innovate, modernize our landscape, and elevate the team's strategic contribution to the company.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have a proven track record of leading and developing a technical team, with a passion for mentoring others and fostering a supportive, high-performing environment.
You leverage your deep, hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA and HANA DB administration to set technical direction, lead advanced performance tuning initiatives, and act as the final escalation point for complex troubleshooting.
You have demonstrable experience managing enterprise-scale SAP landscapes on cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and are comfortable with cloud-native concepts.
You are a strong communicator and strategic thinker, able to articulate a clear vision, manage senior stakeholders, and package complex rationales into convincing stories.
You embody an ownership mindset, taking full responsibility for outcomes and inspiring your team to do the same.
You have experience in fostering team growth through career path development, defining clear roles and responsibilities, and proactive succession planning.
