WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Track and monitor expenses to ensure they align with project budgets and financial forecasts.
Assist cost centre owners with categorizing expenses according to projects or activities.
Help manage the usage of purchase orders, ensuring correct allocation and preventing overbooking.
Support the enhancement of the accrual process.
Collaborate in preparing budget vs. actuals reports and investigating discrepancies.
Contribute to optimizing budget management processes.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You are currently pursuing a masters degree (or in the final year of its bachelor's degree) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
You have a good understanding of finance principles, including budgeting, accruals, and financial reporting.
You are proficient in using spreadsheets for data analysis, particularly with formulas and pivot tables.
You have a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
You have an analytical mindset, enjoy problem-solving, and can interpret financial data.
You communicate effectively and collaborate well with cross-functional teams.
