Hybrid working and working from abroad

Wherever possible, we want to give you the flexibility to thrive in your role. So, for each job description, you can find out more about the options for hybrid working and working from abroad.

Hybrid working

In our hybrid working model, we envision around 40% of working time in the office and 60% remotely in order to succeed. As there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach within this framework, our team leads decide what works best for their team to accomplish their mission. For certain roles – in the warehouse, for example – hybrid working may not be possible, but we always aim to be flexible.

Working from abroad

For certain roles, we give people the opportunity to work abroad for up to 30 days per year. This would be to spend time with family and friends who live far away, or simply change your work environment for that extra creativity and energy boost. 

Relocating is a big (and exciting!) step for your career and your life. If you’re relocating to take on a new role, our teams are here to help with plenty of advice, practical assistance, support with visas, reimbursement for costs, and temporary accommodation.
