WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Take ownership of monthly closing tasks, including building accruals and updating volumes – making a real impact on the accuracy of our financial data.
Manage and optimize financial reporting, providing insights to internal stakeholders and contributing to our forecasting processes.
Conduct deep variance analyses, identifying root causes of budget deviations and delivering actionable recommendations.
Support and lead finance projects that enhance transparency and process efficiency across the payments domain.
Design and document process maps as a foundation for future automation and improved workflows.
Collaborate across teams to ensure the finance function continues to evolve in line with business needs and best practices.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You bring relevant experience in Finance/Controlling, ideally in a dynamic, data-centric organization.
You have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented, entrepreneurial approach.
You’re confident in communicating with stakeholders and thrive in cross-functional collaboration.
You’re experienced in using ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and financial reporting tools; knowledge of BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
You’re fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment. Knowledge of the German language is a plus.
You’re eager to grow and adapt, and you bring curiosity, initiative, and a learning mindset to everything you do.
