As a Senior Data & BI Analyst at ZEOS, reporting directly to the Head of Data. You will closely collaborate with various stakeholders, including product managers, data engineers, product analysts, and operation managers. In this role, your technical skills in SQL, Python, ETL pipeline and database will be essential. A good knowledge in data visualisation tools and stakeholder management will make you shine. 

This is a technical analytical role, where you will not only need to discuss the metrics definition with business stakeholders, drive the alignment with bolder ZEOS KPIs, but also own the technical calculation, data pipeline and the single source of truth of ZEOS key metrics. Moreover, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our ZEOS Data Warehouse together with our Data Engineers. Your contributions will be instrumental in empowering our stakeholders to derive actionable insights for business growth.

This is a technical and analytical role within our growing ZEOS Data team. You'll bring your entrepreneurial spirit to drive impactful outcomes across the organization by:

  • Leading KPI & Metrics Governance: Partner with stakeholders across product, operations, finance, and leadership to define business KPIs and shape how we measure and manage performance. Drive alignment on metric definitions and ensure clarity, consistency, and standardization across the organization.
     

  • Developing Trusted Data Products: Own and evolve the metrics layer in our data warehouse, building scalable, reliable, and automated data pipelines that offer a single source of truth—especially for non-technical users. Collaborate with data engineers to continuously improve our data platform.
     

  • Driving Self-Service Reporting & Dashboards: Design intuitive, scalable reporting solutions and user-friendly dashboards that empower teams to access key data independently and make informed decisions without relying on ad hoc support.
     

  • Supporting Strategic Insights & Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, pinpoint opportunities, and explain the "why" behind the numbers. Translate findings into actionable insights and serve as a go-to expert in your business domain for data-driven decision making.
     

  • Championing a Data-Driven Culture: Promote data literacy across the organization by coaching non-technical users, supporting adoption of BI tools and self-service solutions, and advocating for a strong data-first mindset in how we work and make decisions.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • You have proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced or dynamic environment

  • You’re highly proficient in SQL and Python, with strong data processing and analytical skills

  • You’re familiar with data visualization tools—preferably MicroStrategy (Looker Studio second) —and can create user-friendly, impactful dashboards

  • You understand data warehousing concepts and have experience building data layers, designing ETL processes, and maintaining databases (experience with Databricks and S3 is a plus)

  • You’re skilled at translating business needs into KPIs and dashboards that drive action

  • You’re a structured thinker and a strong communicator, able to explain complex topics clearly across varying stakeholder levels

  • You care deeply about metrics governance and data consistency, not just visualizing data but ensuring clarity and alignment on what numbers mean

  • You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and proactively driving alignment

  • You bring strong ownership, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset to everything you do

  • You thrive both independently and in cross-functional, collaborative team settings
