THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As part of the ZMS Process Excellence Team, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the commercial processes which you will support, in particular SBO and Collabary processes.You will work together with different teams within one of the fastest growing businesses at Zalando. You will be able to have a material impact on the order-to-cash performance and help improve the process going forward.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
You relieve pressure from different teams within ZMS by handling manual tasks related to operational processes
You help increase precision of financial steering data (accruals) by checking and correcting mistakes;
You help increase compliance of ZMS (e.g. support auditing, sticking to legal processes)
You create a link between the ZMS Operations, Finance, MDM and other supporting supporting teams to drive efficiency and transparency;
You support further automation of ZMS and relevant processes (e.g. support feature design in Sales Cockpit/Salesforce or create processes between teams) by process mapping and GAP analysis
You support the Accounting department in the escalation of dunning cases to the relevant Sales Managers.
You cultivate trustful cross-functional cooperation and efficient information flow between the ZMS and other supporting functions with ZMS and Zalando SE
You support and interact with both internal and external stakeholders so you should be comfortable working in a multinational and multicultural environment

Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
