Our team builds, maintains, and optimizes next-generation ERP applications. As a Full-Stack Senior SAP Engineer, you will drive the technical evolution of our system landscape. You will develop high-quality solutions using ABAP Cloud (RAP), SAP CAP (Node.js), and BTP services based on business requirements across various ERP functional areas. The focus is on developing high-performance solutions, modern data architectures, and seamless integration into our S/4HANA environment.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Enhance BRIM Applications: You’ll maintain and enhance complex applications within the fast-paced retail domain, leveraging your deep SAP FICA/CI expertise to optimize core operations.
Execute Backend Development: You’ll perform advanced ABAP backend programming, rigorous testing, and debugging to support and evolve existing products within our SAP S/4HANA environment.
Execute Full-Stack Development: You’ll handle complex development, testing, and debugging processes in ABAP Cloud (RAP) for our S/4HANA landscape and BTP extensions.
Maintain Clean Core Principles: You’ll safeguard the integrity of the core system by developing side-by-side extensions on the SAP BTP Cloud Foundry runtime environment.
Drive Technical Excellence & Mentorship: You’ll provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members, delivering internal presentations on emerging technologies like the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Evaluate Emerging Automation: You’ll conduct technical evaluations and implementation of Business AI scenarios and Joule integrations for process automation, maintaining a strong interest in modern ERP trends.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You Are a Modern ABAP Expert: You hold strong technical expertise in Object-Oriented (OO) concepts of SAP ABAP, OData services, CDS Views, and AMDP. You are highly proficient in the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) and adhere to modern S/4HANA coding styles.
You Speak "BRIM": You have at least 6 years of current and relevant work experience developing complex SAP applications, with a heavy focus on the functional areas of S/4HANA BRIM (specifically FI-CA and Convergent Invoicing), and you deeply understand the underlying business processes.
You Master Interfaces: You are familiar with the SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF) add-on and know how to leverage it to build resilient and transparent integrations.
You Value Software Craftsmanship: You have a strong foundational understanding of security principles, efficient code reuse, and scalable software design.
You Are an Adaptable Problem Solver: You wield an analytical and creative approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. You own a practical work approach, showing flexibility with changing requirements and a strong desire to quickly learn new skills.
You Are a Clear Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ensuring that complex technical details are clearly understood by both engineering peers and business stakeholders.
