WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Partner Onboarding & Evangelism: Actively onboard, excite, and empower brand partners to utilize our Self-Service tools. Regularly present new features and product updates to brands, ensuring they understand how to leverage them to hit their targets.
Proactive Campaign Excellence: Independently oversee the efficient setup, monitoring, and optimization of inflight media campaigns across various placements and formats. Continually push the boundaries of performance by optimizing budgets, targeting, and creatives.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze large, complex data sets to proactively identify trends, flag technical or performance anomalies, and translate raw data into actionable, high-impact growth recommendations for brands.
Informal Leadership & Mentorship: Lead by example. Informally supervise and mentor junior team members, foster a culture of operational excellence, and serve as a reliable sounding board for complex platform queries.
Strategic Project Management: Independently spearhead critical cross-functional projects. Partner closely with Partner Consultancy, Campaign Managers, and Product teams to streamline workflows and automate processes.
Knowledge Sharing: Collaboratively create educational guidelines, insightful newsletters, and engaging webinars to scale partner education and platform adoption.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Industry Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in the digital advertising industry (publisher, agency, ad-tech, or retail media environment preferred).
Platform Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of major advertising platforms (e.g., Smartly.io, Meta Business Manager, DV360, Google Ads, Amazon DSP) and a keen eye for emerging media trends.
Proactive & Autonomous Drive: A self-starter with a strong level of autonomy, decisive judgment based on data, and the proven ability to lead high-stakes projects from conception to completion.
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills. You know how to command a room (or a webinar), simplify complex technical features, and build strong relationships with senior brand stakeholders.
Analytical & Solution-Oriented: A highly analytical thinker with excellent prioritization skills who thrives on finding automation efficiencies and solving complex campaign puzzles.
