As a Broadcasting Specialist on our Broadcasting and Video Production, you will serve as an expert in designing and optimising live and recorded production infrastructure to support internal and external communication teams, as well as cross-functional campaigns and products. You will take creative and technical ownership of live shows, guide the technical team, pioneer innovative broadcasting solutions, and lead post production by maintaining and evolving frameworks, workflows, and standards. Collaborating within a global team, you will thrive in high-pressure environments to deliver flawless live and recorded projects.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
Give direction, manage and arrange the pre-production/production of multi camera live streams. Setting up and testing equipment.
Coordinate and arrange with stakeholders, crew and talent.
Execute highly focused internal and external multi camera events.
Give direction, manage and arrange the pre-production/production of recorded video content.
Coordinate and arrange with stakeholders, crew and talent. Guide stakeholders through the editing process to deliver exceptional content.
Develop and maintain the documentation of broadcasting solutions for stakeholders.
Working collaboratively with other teams on live and recorded video productions.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical director or show director on multi camera productions.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a videographer shooting and editing corporate or brand content. Highly skilled editor using DaVinci Resolve (preferred), Apple Adobe Premiere or FCPX. Skilled at colour correcting and grading: log and raw footage.
Basic knowledge of Blackmagic Atem vision mixing.
Basic knowledge or skills of Unreal Engine or Blender would be an asset.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Able to build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate with multiple internal and external partners.
Can work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Proficient in English and German.
