As a Sales & Operations Excellence Manager, you will step into a hybrid role designed to bridge commercial partner management with operational excellence. You will oversee the operational aspects of our retail channel while actively managing and growing a portfolio of retail partners across select European markets (including Italy and Spain). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is enthusiastic about managing partner relationships and mastering the operational functions of our retail gift card business.
From executing on gift card print runs and optimizing workflows to driving retail growth strategies, you will serve as a crucial cross-functional expert on physical retail sales environments with online digital sales channels.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Partner Management: Serve as the primary go-to person for existing partner relationships in assigned markets. Execute growth initiatives, manage listings, and ensure partners are fully supported with the marketing materials and account care they need.
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day gift card retail operations, including invoicing matching monthly, code revocations, and maintaining adequate physical stock levels.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current retail operational workflows. Contribute to building more structured, scalable, and automated processes in a fast-moving environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the interface between external retail partners/integrators and internal cross-functional teams including Commercial, Accounting, SAP, Salesforce, and Engineering.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance data using spreadsheets and CRM systems. Track KPIs, identify trends, monitor invoicing alignment, and turn data points into actionable growth recommendations.
Project Delivery: Assist in leading small to medium-sized projects aimed at understanding gift card mechanisms, introducing new channels, and maximizing long-term revenue.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Relevant Experience: You bring 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail operations, business development, buying, E-commerce, or FMCG.
Operations & Systems Savvy: You exhibit proficiency in order management and process optimization. Experience working with SAP and Salesforce is a distinct advantage.
Analytical Mindset: You enjoy digging into the details of datasets, thrive when using spreadsheets, and have a proven track record of deriving real business actions from data.
Market Awareness: Knowledge of European consumer landscapes—particularly market dynamics in Spain & Italy—is a major plus.
Communication & Execution: You have strong project management skills, can hit tight deadlines, and navigate stakeholder relationships smoothly.
