What We’d Love You to Do (and Love Doing)
Drive Collaboration: Act as the key interface between Zalando Payments and Zalando SE to identify outsourcing needs and strategic opportunities.
Manage Risk & Compliance: Evaluate potential partners through thorough Third-Party Risk Assessments, ensuring every collaboration meets legal and regulatory standards.
Monitor Performance: Keep a pulse on our outsourcing partners, assessing their service quality and compliance to ensure they deliver excellence.
Optimize Processes: Continuously refine and improve our outsourcing workflows to boost efficiency and effectiveness across the department.
Ensure Transparency: Maintain meticulous documentation and prepare data-driven analyses for outsourcing reports delivered to our Management team.
Stay Ahead: Proactively identify and mitigate risks while staying informed on the latest fintech trends and industry best practices.
We’d Love to Meet You If
You have a foundational background in Outsourcing Management or a related field within fintech, banking, or financial services.
You possess a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks such as ZAG, ZAG-MaRisk, DORA, RTS, and EBA Guidelines.
You are an analytical thinker with outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to organize complex workflows.
You are a great communicator who enjoys building interpersonal relationships and can navigate professional environments in both German and English.
You have a background in computer science, law, economics, or equivalent professional experience that gives you a solid grasp of the payments landscape.
