We act as the bridge between brands, buying teams, and the platform, maintaining the visual integrity and operational flow of our online catalog.
As a Content Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the Brand Content Onboarding process by managing operational and administrative tasks related to brand content management. Your primary goal will be to ensure a smooth and efficient content onboarding process by taking ownership of recurring support tasks, communication with stakeholders, and overall coordination.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Own the Onboarding Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end operational tasks required to bring brand content to life on the platform.
Audit & Quality Control: Perform meticulous pre-checks of assets and provided information to ensure they meet our technical and brand standards.
Campaign Management: Seamlessly upload and coordinate campaigns and special content provided by brands or the internal buying team.
Maintain Content Hygiene: Proactively remove outdated or NOS (Never Out of Stock) product images and manage re-uploads when usage rights expire.
Support Stakeholders: Act as a reliable point of contact for general support requests related to brand content onboarding.
Ensure Platform Integrity: Drive accuracy and consistency across all platforms, ensuring the customer sees exactly what the brand intended.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have experience with digital asset management (DAM) and possess basic image post-production skills.
You take pride in a structured, reliable, and highly organized working style where no detail is too small.
You can manage recurring tasks and administrative coordination with ease, even in a fast-paced environment.
You are a team player with professional proficiency in both English and German.
You bring prior experience in content management, e-commerce, or a similar operational role.
You feel comfortable navigating dynamic workflows and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
