As an Intern in Merchandise Planning at Zalando, you will be a strategic addition to a team dedicated to professional excellence. WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Assortment Ownership: Take responsibility for brand handling and conduct reorders to ensure we meet customer demand needs.

  • Demand & Stock Management: Proactively manage stock levels to minimize overstock risks and therefore handle return negotiations.

  • Catalog Optimization: Conduct deep-dive reviews of our assortment to improve Product Detail Page and Conversion Rate metrics.

  • Innovation Projects: Support "Mix & Match" initiatives to drive basket size and help execute product matching projects.

  • Efficiency Initiatives: Help design and roll out an Internal Collaboration Dashboard to visualize workflow status and reduce administrative inefficiencies.

  • Strategic Support: Monitor intake handling to reduce late delivery stocks and provide a single source of truth for team decision-making.

  • Educational Background: You are currently enrolled in or have recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Fashion Management, or a related field.
