THE ROLE & THE TEAM
We are currently seeking a Senior Content Strategy Consideration Manager with exceptional problem solving capabilities, a vital role within our Content Strategy & Curation team, reporting directly to the Team Lead of Content Programming. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Team Lead’s objectives, aligning with broader business initiatives and high impact strategic projects.
Your primary responsibility will be to support shaping the content programming and maximizing its distribution, aligning it with market and portfolio needs, in support of enabling customer-centric storytelling. This role requires a strong ability to create and maintain trustful relationships with stakeholders.
You will lead content performance analysis and consolidation to maximize campaign impact on topline. As a senior, you will lead by example and fuel content localization, distribution, planning across the content programming team. You will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of the annual content plan and budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives set by the Zalando Group Strategy.
Please note that this will be a limited contract for 12 months

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Oversee the planning and execution of content strategies, ensuring alignment with market needs and portfolio objectives.
Ability to align content planning with market demands and portfolio strategies.
Translate content strategies into actionable plans and onsite customer journeys
Maintain very close collaboration with the Team Lead to ensure content planning supports wider business initiatives.
Analyse market trends and consumer insights to refine content planning and execution.
Advocate for innovation and continuous improvement within the content planning process.
Support delivery of the annual content plan, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Oversee the strategic distribution of content across various channels and platforms on the mid-to-lower funnel.
Leverage existing data and analytics to inform content strategies, steer campaign decisions, and evaluate performance.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Minimum of 5 years of experience in content planning or account management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data in decision-making processes.
Ability to align content planning with market demands and portfolio strategies.
Excellent skills in strategic planning and aligning content initiatives with business goals.
Detail-orientation and developed problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
A deep understanding of content distribution, storytelling, and customer engagement best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing valuable insights and sparring on high-level strategies, demonstrated ability to work effectively with seniors, a proactive and adaptable approach.
