THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a Sample Supply Library Assistant (all genders), you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our sample library, a key component of our production workflow. Reporting to the Team Lead and Supervisor, you will be responsible for organising and managing samples both physically and within our system. Your work will ensure that our sample warehouse operates smoothly, and you will support the logistics team within our fashion studios as needed.
This role is limited for 12 months, and is onsite only.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Organise and manage samples within our system and maintain physical order within the Sample Library.
Unpack and pack boxes efficiently for suppliers, studios, and vendors, ensuring accurate handling and tracking of all items.
Maintain the overall organisation and cleanliness of the sample warehouse, following established procedures and guidelines.
Support the logistics team in the fashion studios with tasks related to sample handling and transportation when required.
Assist with other tasks as directed by the Supervisor or Team Lead to support the overall effectiveness of the Sample Library.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Have gained 2+ years experience in a fashion retail or warehouse environment. A background in operations, logistics, or retail is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of inventory systems and familiarity with Excel.
Good communication skills in English; basic German is a plus.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong team-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle physical tasks, including unpacking and packing boxes, and maintaining a well-organized work environment.
