As an Inbound Specialist at Lounge by Zalando, you will play a key role in upholding our quality standards by inspecting samples for quality and compliance. You will be working closely with other teams to maintain excellence and contribute to the ongoing success of Lounge by Zalando.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
You are responsible for conducting detailed inspection of product samples to ensure adherence to Zalando’s quality standards and legal requirements, documenting any deviations
You prepare samples for further production, ensuring they meet all necessary quality criteria.
You stay up-to-date with legal guidelines and internal quality standards through regular training sessions.
You collaborate with other departments, welcoming feedback and openly sharing ideas and suggestions to enhance processes.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU
Have successfully completed an apprenticeship.
Possess strong PC skills and are proficient in using Google Drive, Docs and Sheets.
Are fluent in English and have a good understanding of German.
Are detail-orientated and a knack for quickly grasping key concepts.
Have the ability to remain highly focussed when working with a high workload
Work independently and methodically, meeting tight deadlines with ease.
