It’s an exciting time to be here and join a product-first company. That’s why we’re looking for a top-notch product analyst to drive product strategy through quantitative acumen, specifically in the areas of pre-order payment checkout and post-order deferred checkout for our BNPL product, including dunning for late payments. WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- You will shape the Analytics Domain for Customer Solutions at Zalando Payments
- You will build and develop the Product Analyst team
- You can incorporate AI capabilities for your domain to increase efficiency and impact
- You will collaborate cross-functionally and proactively with colleagues on product releases and improvements
- You will translate data into recommendations that stakeholders can understand, guiding decision-making and building strategic consensus
- You will plan, execute and analyze A/B tests to measure the impact of changes to the product
- You will define metrics to orient action and track our progress
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You are a passionate leader with at least 2 years of experience
You have driven digital product development through data for several year, with a demonstration of initiative and impact (experience in business intelligence or analytics engineering/data engineering may be considered, so long as some product experience is also present)
You are able to simplify technical complexity into clear and concise communication with teammates and stakeholders
You show ownership of what you do, caring about the correctness of your work and keeping tabs on the health of the product domains for which you are responsible
You are proficient in A/B testing and its statistical foundations
You possess advanced SQL ability; Python or R knowledge is a plus but not required
Also nice to have: experience in data models and ETL process creation; experience with BI/visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, PowerBI etc.
