THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As Overhead Controller for the business, you are the key finance contact within your unit, known for delivering reliable planning and analysis. You independently manage planning cycles, contribute to performance reviews, and generate insights that support strategic decisions.

You work closely with leadership and cost center owners, understanding their needs and proactively driving improvements across reporting, forecasting, and financial processes. Your expertise in tools and KPIs enables you to explain results clearly, while supporting peers and sharing best practices within your team.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING) 

  • Lead key planning activities within the budget and forecasting process, ensuring data quality and timely deliver

  • Prepare and present financial insights in monthly performance discussions, highlighting risks and opportunities

  • Maintain cost center structures and support accurate accrual processes across your scope

  • Partner with stakeholders on operational topics and investment planning, aligning financials with business goals

  • Identify improvement opportunities in planning and reporting processes and contribute to their implementation in collaboration with your team

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF 

  • Degree in Finance or Business with 6+ years of relevant experience (overhead & financial planning, analysis and controlling experience is a plus)

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into clear cross-functional communication

  • Confident in stakeholder management and able to contribute to planning discussions with constructive input

  • Curiosity and business acumen to support investment cases and efficiency gains

  • Independent working style with strong accountability and organizational skills

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

  • Proficient in SAP, Excel, G Suite, and comfortable working with Power Query or other BI tools
