WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
You'll own tasks and projects, e.g. being solely responsible for the improvement of a process spanning across a whole team and actively influencing team development towards the strategic direction of the department
You'll develop tailored solutions together with the business owners to solve customer issues
You'll think in new ways to cope with the changing challenges and to start new initiatives on your own
You'll determine the problem space independently
You'll apply basic statistics on your data to provide evidence of the problem and to show the solution was successful
You'll validate solutions with your stakeholders at an early stage and throughout the project lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business requirements

You pay close attention to process details and focus on achieving an excellent process output, considering standardization and high documentation standards
You are able to identify problems resulting from process changes and to break a problem down into clear action areas and work packages
You can comfortably present work results to other teams by concisely communicating the essence and conveying meaningful and relevant insights
You contribute positively to the wider team’s community by staying up-to-date on best practices as well as developments in other departments of the company
