THE ROLE & THE TEAM

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to Vice President Information Security to join our leadership team. This role supports our VP and their team in an organization dedicated to managing risks, protecting critical systems, and upholding industry standards to secure our organization against evolving threats. The ideal candidate will blend strategic insight with operational excellence, thriving in a fast-paced environment that spans multiple countries across continents. With close to 100 full-time employees worldwide, your role is fundamental in driving the productivity and effectiveness of our VP and their team.
 



WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
 

  • Enhance the VP's effectiveness by managing high-impact priorities, building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, and focusing on strategic objectives.

  • Maintain an extensive and dynamic calendar, organize daily schedules, and provide comprehensive administrative support.

  • Manage complex logistics for international travel, ensuring seamless arrangements from transportation and accommodations to detailed agendas.

  • Develop and execute impactful events aligned with organizational goals, promoting team cohesion and stakeholder engagement.

  • Facilitate robust connections within the VP’s direct staff and ensure alignment with the broader team’s goals and initiatives.



 

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
 

  • You have experience in executive support roles, particularly in supporting senior leadership in global, large-scale organizations.

  • You possess strong English communication skills.

  • You have prior experience in a technological, innovative environment.

  • You possess a proven capability to create efficiencies for senior leadership.
