THE ROLE & THE TEAM
The role will be limited for 12 months.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
You are one of the main contacts for our employees and stakeholders providing information and services around the salary round process and our equity-based compensation
You support the administration of promotion and compensation data as part of the annual performance cycle, ensure relevant data is maintained in systems and create corresponding documents for over 8000 active employees
You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of national and international payroll accounting regarding equity-based compensation (ESPP, Stock Option Plans) in close cooperation with the entire People & Organisation team
Besides the management of administrative and communicative tasks, you set up new processes, help to optimize existing processes and support upcoming small and bigger projects in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Furthermore, you are one of the contacts for our external provider Equatex and support to administer and maintain 24.000+ active Equity accounts
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF (example)
You have 3+ years of relevant professional experience in an international environment, ideally with relevant experience in the field of HR, CRM and administration
You have basic competence in analytical numerical reasoning and affinity for structured or IT technical infrastructures
You are fluent in spoken and written English
You effectively communicate to different audiences incl. stakeholders; you actively listen and easily decompose problems as the basis to craft suitable solutions
You work solution-oriented and flexible, embracing change and seeking new opportunities in our agile work culture
Your Google Workspace skills are very good and ideally you have experience with ServiceNow, Workday and SAP HCM
