THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As a Senior Process Manager (all genders) in our OPEX Supply Team, you will play a key role in implementing and executing an operational excellence framework tailored to the Lounge Supply department. Working alongside a team of Process Managers, you will serve as a key partner within the business unit, bridging strategic priorities with day-to-day operational activities.

Your mission is to drive operational and business excellence across all Supply processes, from partner offers to the receipt of orders in our warehouses. To achieve this, you will document and analyze current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and measure the success of process management initiatives. Acting as the go-to expert for process improvement initiatives from business teams, you will guide and support them through a continuous improvement journey, ensuring sustainable and impactful results.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)..

  • Seek opportunities for process improvements and go for them! You’re the central contact for Lounge Supply Teams from Buying to Operations and Production until articles are ready to go live.

  • You change the Supply team's  work life for the better, by designing and implementing a culture of continuous improvement and acting as the keeper of core process excellence principles.

  • You challenge the status-quo: analyse, identify, and evaluate potential process improvements and execute them in collaboration with colleagues and suppliers. Your responsibility covers the entire procure to pay process.

  • Leverage operational KPIs, perform root cause analysis, propose corrective action plans. 

  • Using a structured operational excellence framework, lead transformational projects, leveraging your relationship building and process engineering skills.

  • Your role will be key to laying the foundation for solid operational excellence and processes that fit to our customer and business needs.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF..  

  • You have a proven track record of leading and delivering continuous improvement projects and are experienced in e-commerce industry, 5+ professional experience.

  • You have developed a strong command of how to implement process improvements. Change management is your favourite discipline and you enjoy working autonomously.

  • You are a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and business problems bringing them to a successful result. 

  • You validate solutions with your stakeholders at an early stage and ensure that the solutions meet the business requirements. Therefore you provide high-quality insights based on data, derive conclusion and facilitate decision making and solution implementation.

  • You have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with a big group of diverse stakeholders (internal and external).

  • You quickly dive into complex challenges, persistently pursuing goals without losing sight of the bigger picture, and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels to foster collaboration.
