We’re searching for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our People Experiences team. In this central role, you’ll lead high-impact, high-complexity projects that shape the future of our People & Organization (P&O) function. Collaborating cross-functionally with experts across P&O, Business, and Tech teams, you’ll manage projects from inception to completion, delivering results that make a difference.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Lead High-Impact Projects: Oversee and manage complex, high-visibility P&O initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and senior management.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. You motivate and align the project team to deliver on those. 

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and drive execution to ensure successful delivery and ensure quality standards.

  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify and resolve risks, obstacles, and dependencies, and maintain momentum across all phases.

  • Reporting & Insights: Provide regular updates on progress, milestones, and key metrics, while leveraging data to inform decisions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • Education & Experience: Strong academic background (Bachelor/Master’s Degree) and 5+ years of experience independently managing complex, high-impact projects (centered around P&O is a plus).

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: A sharp analytical mind with a hands-on mentality and a solution-oriented approach.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.

  • Cross-Functional Expertise: Proven success working with cross-functional, multi-stakeholder teams in dynamic environments.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage data and insights to drive outcomes.

  • Tech Savvy: Experience with HR IT systems like Workday and ServiceNow HRSD is a plus.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
