WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Lead High-Impact Projects: Oversee and manage complex, high-visibility P&O initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and senior management.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. You motivate and align the project team to deliver on those.
Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and drive execution to ensure successful delivery and ensure quality standards.
Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify and resolve risks, obstacles, and dependencies, and maintain momentum across all phases.
Reporting & Insights: Provide regular updates on progress, milestones, and key metrics, while leveraging data to inform decisions.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Education & Experience: Strong academic background (Bachelor/Master’s Degree) and 5+ years of experience independently managing complex, high-impact projects (centered around P&O is a plus).
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: A sharp analytical mind with a hands-on mentality and a solution-oriented approach.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
Cross-Functional Expertise: Proven success working with cross-functional, multi-stakeholder teams in dynamic environments.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage data and insights to drive outcomes.
Tech Savvy: Experience with HR IT systems like Workday and ServiceNow HRSD is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
