We are looking for a Senior CGI Generalist with a strong technical eye and an innovative mindset, specialising in accelerated motion workflows and the seamless integration of artificial intelligence (AI) tools. This role is crucial for bridging traditional 3D capabilities with contemporary, fast-paced production needs. The ideal candidate will possess expert skills in 3D execution, combined with a sophisticated eye for motion design trends, advanced compositing, and the ability to drive new, efficient techniques leveraging AI for both still and moving image projects

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Bridge traditional 3D capabilities with AI-driven solutions to optimise production speed without sacrificing the creative touch.
Develop high-end CGI content while actively integrating artificial intelligence (AI) tools to accelerate workflows, specifically in areas like generative texturing and asset creation.
Execute contemporary motion design projects with a strong focus on timing, visual flow, and current aesthetic trends.
Composite real-life footage into 3D environments, ensuring seamless integration through motion tracking, colour matching, and visual effects (VFX) techniques.
Master the final moving image quality by implementing automated post-production workflows, such as AI-assisted frame interpolation and depth-map generation.
Stay at the forefront of industry developments, testing new tools and workflows to keep the team’s production capabilities up to date and competitive.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Demonstrated experience in professional CGI production, with a portfolio showcasing excellence in 3D execution, contemporary motion design, and high-end compositing.
Expertise in Blender, including advanced modelling, texturing, and rendering, with a strong understanding of how to optimise complex scenes for animation.
Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and/or DaVinci Resolve, specifically for high-end colour grading and post-production finishing.
Technical eye for compositing, with the ability to seamlessly integrate real-life footage into 3D environments through matching, lighting integration, and grading.
Practical experience with AI integration, demonstrating a clear understanding of how to use emerging tools to enhance and accelerate 3D and motion workflows.
Aesthetic sensibility for motion, with a sophisticated grasp of contemporary visual trends and digital storytelling.
