Who are we?
Our European logistics network is growing: we are currently in the preparatory phase for the opening of our new location in Giessen (Hesse). The 130,000 square meter, state-of-the-art logistics center will be operated by us and is designed for up to 1,700 employees. Our logistics employees ensure that more than 50 million Zalando customers in over 25 European markets receive their orders reliably every day.
We are a diverse and international team of around 6,000 people from over 100 nations, working across four logistics centers in Germany that focus on fulfilling orders. We are looking for proactive and creative minds who want to become part of our unique team, driven by Our Founding Mindset.

Logistikmitarbeiter*in
As an integral part of our logistics team, you are at the heart of our operations. You ensure that our customers receive their orders every day, no matter who they are or where they are. You will work in a diverse and supportive team where your commitment to continuous improvement and your contributions to our shared goals are seen and valued.
Techniker*in
We are looking for numerous technicians to join our material flow technology and building services engineering teams: whether you are an electrician, mechatronics engineer, maintenance technician, or building services engineer, your skills and commitment will ensure that our infrastructure and daily operations are reliable and safe.
Teamleiter*in
As a team leader, you guide and motivate your team to achieve peak performance. Your strengths shape the culture at Zalando Logistics and create a place where everyone can thrive. We trust in your ability to build and develop teams and work with them to achieve great things.
Department Lead
As a department manager, you will take full responsibility for your team of about 80 employees. You will make operational and personnel decisions and use your analytical skills to optimise processes and drive innovation. Be part of our team from the start to build our new Logistics site with your own ideas!
