THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a Junior Transport Manager, you'll oversee linehaul transports connecting our warehouses and injection hubs across Europe. Your main focus will be on customer shipments and returns.
You'll work closely with various teams to plan, execute, develop, and implement transportation operations, always keeping our business and economic goals in mind.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- You’ll organize transportation operations for both domestic or international Linehauls
- You’ll plan and dispatch and tours, then track them in our transportation management system
- You’ll work on expansion and further development of existing setups and the transport network
- You will act as an interface between the logistics centers and forwarding agencies
- With creative ideas, you will solve the problems in the daily business
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
- You have completed vocational training as a forwarding agent or a comparable degree
- You possess several years of experience in the areas of transport organization and dispatching
- You have basic knowledge of Excel
- You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken (MUST have)
- You are confident and convincing even in stressful situations, and you have a good sense of empathy
- You also bring a coherent, solution-oriented approach, the ability to work independently, and a strong team spirit.
