As a SAP Security Engineer of the SAP Security team, you will set up and manage security for SAP systems, ensuring appropriate access, maintaining system safety from unauthorized users and ensuring smooth business operations. We are looking for an expert to contribute to securing Zalando's core business operations and SAP landscape and to be part of the team's evolution toward a modern, service-oriented and optimally automated security function.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Standardize SAP security procedures, utilizing a centralized knowledge management system as the documentation hub and implementing proactive monitoring.

  • Ensure audit readiness across the SAP ecosystem by executing proactive access reviews and risk identification.

  • Optimize security automation/optimization technologies for identity lifecycle management, infrastructure as code and access governance to increase efficiency.

  • Contribute to transform the team into a high-performing, service-oriented unit with simplified, matured and well-documented processes.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF…

  • Experience in building and managing different types of ABAP roles.

  • Expertise in setting up catalogs, groups and access for Fiori apps.

  • Proficiency in setting up database roles and privileges in HANA.

  • Experience managing accounts and role collections in the SAP BTP cloud.

  • Familiarity with using SAP GRC to manage risk and emergency access.

  • Experience with any modern authentication services such as SAP IAS, Okta and Identity Provisioning(IAM) tool such as Saviynt/SAP IDM/BRM

  • Strong communication and documentation skills to explain and document technical ideas simply.

  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
