WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Ensure Data Excellence: Take full ownership of data collection quality within the lab, setting standard operating procedures to guarantee accurate, high-fidelity data.

  • Bridge Fashion & Tech: Act as the vital translator and collaborator between lab data collection, Engineering, and Applied Science teams to continuously improve sizing algorithms and product fit for our customers.

  • Drive Innovation: Lead your own ideas and initiatives from concept to successful execution, bringing fresh perspectives to optimize lab workflows.

  • Elevate Sizing Solutions: Apply your technical fashion knowledge to ensure that raw data directly feeds into meaningful sizing solutions for online shoppers.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • A background as a fashion expert, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion and Design, Garment Production, or an equivalent technical qualification.

  • A strong quality-first mindset with exceptional attention to detail, specifically in garment construction, fit, and data accuracy within a lab environment.

  • The ability to bridge cross-functional domains—translating complex fashion concepts to software engineers and data scientists with ease.

  • An entrepreneurial, proactive spirit with a proven track record of taking initiative and leading projects to success independently.
