ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM

 

We are looking for a (Junior) Knowledge & Training Manager to drive improvements for Zalando suppliers when creating and managing article data as well as operational improvements that lower costs for Zalando.

You get the chance to influence an essential part of the Zalando platform and be involved in making the Article Management strategy a reality over the next years.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • You’ll critically evaluate and challenge our vendor education processes, identify improvement areas based on common article defects with highest focus on interacting with the vendors via different collaboration channels on a weekly basis.

  • You’ll take ownership of preparing and aftercaring vendor education projects aimed at a more efficient management of the enablement of our suppliers. You’ll manage the process end to end from initial assessment to sustainable operationalization.

  • You’ll work with the operational teams in Article Management, Partner Tech and other relevant stakeholders across Zalando to create comprehensive and user-friendly enablement and process material for internal and external stakeholders.

  • You’ll own the next level development and improvement of Platform Business Article Management KPI of Article Data Quality.

  • You’ll own the article content guidelines exception process and guide partner-facing teams to find matching solutions to individual partner article onboarding blockers.

  • You manage your workday highly proactively and autonomously with a strong drive to execution.

  • You bring a driven and continuous improvement mindset.

  • You bring either knowledge in project management or in article data management, ideally both.

  • You are able to break down complex subjects into manageable solutions.

  • You are eager to drive the conversation with stakeholders of any kind to drive your projects in a timely manner.

  • You have experience in working in a tech environment: you speak the language of business but understand the technical implications and can collaborate with colleagues from Product and Process Excellence teams.
