THE ROLE & THE TEAM
We are looking for a talented and innovative Creative Retoucher (all genders) with a strong understanding of AI technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and bringing new approaches toward our visuals in the post production phase. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of current AI tools, excellent technical skills, and a creative mindset. This role requires collaboration with various departments to deliver visually compelling content that aligns with our brand and project objectives.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING):
Execute high-end creative retouching, including color correction, composition, and scene creation, while leveraging AI tools to enhance visual input.
Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and offer creative solutions to enhance the visual.
Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate innovative AI-driven techniques into retouching workflows.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
Utilize advanced tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Firefly; apply knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects as an added advantage.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU…
Bring 3–4 years of experience in creative retouching.
Present a strong portfolio showcasing diverse retouching work, including projects using AI-based tools.
Collaborate effectively within a team, communicate fluently in English, and engage clearly with colleagues and stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong time-management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Show great attention to detail and a passion for producing visually compelling, high-quality content.
