As a Junior Partner Marketing Manager, you will join the Partner Marketing team within the Partner Marketing & Communications department on our mission to create and distribute engaging content and experiences that enables our existing and prospective partners to drive their business on Zalando.
Your role is to help our team to make partners believe, buy in, and grow with us by translating business strategies into impactful narratives, content, and experiences that resonate with our partners’ ambitions.
As a Junior Partner Marketing Manager, you will support in creating engaging content for our B2B communications channels, such as monthly newsletters, LinkedIn posts, website articles. You will also be supporting our key partner events - from invite to production to post-event content. To succeed, you will need to be a creative, yet detail-oriented and well-organized project manager who is able to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
Project & campaign management: You support and execute dedicated projects/campaigns with senior guidance, and/or within a predefined framework. You effectively influence self-development and work well in a team setting. You manage your own tasks and are able to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
Content creation and copywriting: You will create impeccable, on-brand content across various communication touchpoints including our partner-facing newsletter, social media (LinkedIn), articles for our partner website such as success stories from across our partner base or event materials.
Together with your team, you will shape our key partner events to make them stand-out industry gatherings that partners’ won’t like to miss.
Content & channel management: You will support content managers and, together with the team, distribute content across our existing B2B channels (e.g. our LinkedIn channel, the Partner website and Partner Newsletters).
Impact tracking: You will leverage your analytical skills and commercial acumen to provide deep research or measure the effectiveness of our activities by tracking analytics and distilling the numbers into learnings and key takeaways.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Politics, Literature/Humanities, Business Administration, or equivalent.
You are a passionate marketer and have at least 2 years experience in a similar role in copywriting, marketing or communications, preferably at a fashion, lifestyle, tech or e-commerce company.
You are extremely well organized and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time. When getting the job done, you have a proactive, can-do attitude and are meticulous down to the last detail.
You are eager to learn and feel responsible for the quality and contribution of your work.
You are a clear, well-structured and engaging communicator in written and oral communications in English.
Experience with communication channels and tooling, such as LinkedIn, Hubspot, Google Analytics and/or content management systems (e.g. Contentful, Wordpress) is a big plus.
