We are seeking a Junior Partner Manager to drive the growth of externally produced content and services for high-volume e-commerce. In this role, you'll expand our production expertise by strengthening our partner network, ensuring long-term content success for Zalando. You become an expert in Content Production & Services and will support sharing our future.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Join Zalando in a key role, supporting operational excellence and efficiency in content production with external partners to deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions that drive impact and agility.
Partner & Project Management: Support daily coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth content delivery. Take over ownership of individual topics such as supporting our colleagues with external partner support, help evaluate partners, follow processes aligned with SLAs/KPIs, and flag issues when needed.
Role Model: Embody Zalando’s OFMS principles, helping more junior team members with prioritization, guidance, and communication. Work with your team lead to creating structures that support team success and talent growth.
Dynamic Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and requirements, helping create a dynamic work environment. Facilitate effective communication throughout project lifecycles with stakeholders and external partners. Organize workshops and meetings to improve collaboration and outcomes.
Performance Monitoring: Support the monitoring and evaluation of external partner performance, ensuring quality standards and KPIs are met, including time-to-online, attribute quality, and visual quality scores.
Contract Development: Contribute to developing framework contracts in collaboration with procurement. Help negotiate terms and pricing, focusing on value-driven agreements.
Process and Quality Optimization: Support continuous improvement in partner management processes, implementing best practices and leveraging technology for enhanced efficiency and collaboration.
Team Contribution: Collaborate with a team of partner managers to share best practices and ideas, strengthening our creative partner management services.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Relevant Experience: You bring 1–3 years of experience working with external partners, content service providers, or in project management, ideally within a corporate, creative agency, or production setting.
Process & Execution Focus: You have proven experience managing end-to-end processes, possess a hands-on mentality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and navigate professional challenges effectively.
Teamwork & Independence: You are a strong team player who can also work independently, with an interest in mentoring more junior team members.
Analytical Mindset: You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for trends and technologies in content production.
Educational Background & Tools: You hold a degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Production), are fluent in English, and are familiar with project management tools like Asana.
