As a technical application consultant, you will identify, integrate, and manage third-party and self-developed enterprise solutions in close alignment with internal and external stakeholders to enable business continuity, growth, and innovation for our Corporate Governance department.

WHAT WE WOULD LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Technical ownership of one or more of our current third-party solutions (e.g. ServiceNow, E-signature, Contract Life Cycle Management solution, Audit solution, etc.)
Analyze business requirements, consult our internal partners regarding technical feasibility and solution design, and act as a technical lead for the identification and implementation of third-party software solutions.
Ensure smooth system operations with a user-oriented mindset in a cross-functional product team while being in charge of the second and third-level support requests by following the defined incident management processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and best practices to support application use and maintenance. Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery. Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for their technical and application-related needs.
Integrate new systems to the corporate applications landscape and ensure proper data provisioning following Zalando Tech's best practices and standards.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE…
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or relevant disciplines
Several years of experience in IT Consultancy or Application Management and Integration as responsible for enterprise solutions.
Practical and profound knowledge in the administration and implementation of third-party solutions such as ServiceNow IRM (Integrated risk management) and TPRM (Third-party risk management), E-signature solution, etc.
Proficient in at least one or more programming/scripting languages and platforms: Python, Kubernetes, SQL, Node.js, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, and AWS. Demonstrates a strong understanding of Software integration methodologies such as REST APIs with an understanding of CI/CD pipelines/containers using Kubernetes.
Great sense of ownership, communication, and capability to work independently and in a team while delivering results with high quality. Flexible to adjust the way of working if needed.
Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in teams and projects across different tasks and cultures.
