As a Senior Service Provider Manager, you'll be a key player in our team, acting as the vital link between our internal departments and external service providers. Your role is all about building strong relationships and solving complex problems to ensure top-notch service delivery and seamless collaboration across the board.
This role is located in Gardno and we offer a full time employment contract.
Your responsibilities
As a Service Provider Manager, you'll be a key player in our team, acting as the vital link between our internal departments and external service providers. Your role is all about building strong relationships and solving complex problems to ensure top-notch service delivery and seamless collaboration across the board.
Relationship Management: You will proactively manage and anticipate challenges, preventing or mitigating deviations in budget and quality. You'll be a trusted partner for both internal and external stakeholders, communicating clearly and effectively to ensure everyone is aligned. You'll also work comfortably in a matrix organization, leading cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving: You'll use a data-driven approach to tackle complex challenges, breaking them down and building a clear path to a solution. You'll apply learnings from past experiences and identify patterns to solve new problems.
Performance Management: You will challenge existing processes to raise standards and improve performance. You’ll manage partners based on defined SLAs and KPIs, making sure all regulations and company guidelines are followed. You will proactively identify and escalate challenges and risks to keep operations running smoothly. You will also create and deliver new metrics using available data to gain deeper insights and drive continuous improvement.
Our requirements
You are skilled at delivering results with minimal supervision, even in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
You combine strong business and logistics acumen with critical thinking and exceptional problem-solving skills.
You have a strong understanding of customer care, e-commerce supply chains, warehousing and outsourcing mechanisms.
You can analyze data, generate insights, and identify trends and opportunities to improve our business.
You enjoy actively seeking out waste, improving processes, and are familiar with Lean culture.
You know how to prioritize activities based on their value and impact.
You have excellent communication skills, are capable of having challenging and constructive conversations, and possess the ability to leverage relationships to achieve the desired outcomes.
You have a hands-on mentality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment dealing with many topics simultaneously and always strive to look for improvements.
You possess excellent communication skills in both Polish and English, which are essential for this role.
Optional
Have experience in data analysis using PostgreSQL and be proficient in Google Sheets for building reports and tools.
Experience with Python for automation and advanced data analysis is a plus.
