ZMS helps brands grow through a full range of marketing services powered by consumer insights and Zalando’s unique fashion and lifestyle platform. Our approach covers creative production, strategic planning, and media execution across Zalando’s channels, social media, influencer campaigns, PR, events, and more.
As part of the ZMS Commercial team, you’ll lead the Young Fashion partner portfolio, working towards bold growth targets and helping shape the future of marketing at Zalando. You’ll manage the Young Fashion PC team and act as the key liaison between ZMS and our partners. Your role will involve consulting, strategy planning, campaign execution, and building strong partner relationships across various business models and channels. This is a leadership role where you’ll drive innovation, represent Young Fashion within ZMS, and ensure the delivery of high-impact, goal-driven marketing solutions.

Take ownership for assigned business cases including forecasting, planning and steering relevant KPIs as well as the creation of tailored strategies to achieve set goals and drive long term business growth.
Enable vision across ZMS PC teams and drive close alignment with respective senior business leaders across the organization in line with business strategies of Zalando / ZMS.
Build strong stakeholder relationships, manage client projects, and ensure account profitability aligned with Group Strategy.
Lead, inspire & develop your teams by providing functional & business expertise, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment.
Optimize team performance by improving processes and identifying trends and opportunities.
Create a high-performance sales culture through team enablement and impactful growth measures.
Set strategic goals and plans based on partner interaction and knowledge of marketing/e-commerce.
Lead strategic projects that promote innovative marketing services and new collaboration models.
Travel: Be willing to travel occasionally as required for work assignments.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF...
Industry Background: 9+ years in online marketing sales, ideally within fashion or lifestyle sectors, with a strong fashion background and recent leadership of partner-facing teams.
Team Leadership: Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and developing talent to meet business goals.
Online Advertising: Deep knowledge of online marketing, campaign processes, KPIs, and digital trends.
Customer & Client Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing senior-level relationships and clients.
Strategic & Cross-functional Skills: Strategic thinker with experience in stakeholder management and working across teams like Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Tech, and eCommerce.
Communication & Organization: Excellent communication, influencing, and organizational skills.

Zalando Marketing Services (ZMS) is the 360° marketing unit for Zalando's brand
partners. We offer a diverse product suite that spans multiple marketing channels,
enabling brands to achieve their advertising objectives in the digital space based on deep consumer insights and a unique fashion, beauty, and designer context.
Within ZMS’ Partner Management unit, we work with a diverse set of strategic clients and advise them on innovative marketing solutions and scalable platform strategies. Given our key partners' high complexity and very individual needs, we aim to provide a high service level, smart consultancy, and access to various experts within ZMS. Our success is measured in revenue generation, solution adoption, and client satisfaction.
