As a Buyer in our Home category, you’re part of a high performing team, creating new and innovative ways to connect people and home interior enthusiasts in our Offprice segment. You are responsible for purchasing specific home products, acquiring new brands and collaborating closely with your buying and planning teams.

WHAT WE WOULD LOVE YOU TO DO
Own and strategize your assortment: Take full accountability for planning, buying, and developing your product area, directly impacting unit KPIs.
Develop and implement winning strategies: Create and execute both assortment and business model strategies, contributing to broader unit and cluster goals with a customer-first approach.
Drive growth through negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills and make commercially-minded, KPI-driven decisions to maximize success.
Collaborate and guide for impact: Proactively work with internal stakeholders
Build strong, trusting partnerships: Foster mutually beneficial relationships with clear and respectful communication.
Tackle complexity and innovate: Independently manage operational, strategic, and financial issues, using data to solve problems, identify opportunities, and support leadership.

Utilize market expertise: Translate business targets into effective unit and brand strategies, driving assortment based on deep customer understanding and market knowledge.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
You bring at least 3 years of proven buying experience within a Head Office environment or a fast-paced e-commerce retailer.
You demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and formulas), and a passion for blending data-driven insights with home trends.
You have a proven track record of successfully acquiring new business and driving impactful initiatives.
You are a skilled negotiator with excellent communication abilities for building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, staying proactive and agile while maintaining strong organizational skills
You bring a collaborative team spirit while maintaining strong independent work ethics
