THE ROLE & THE TEAM

We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our dynamic team, reporting directly to the Quality Governance Team Lead. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of Product Detail Page (PDP) content across Zalando’s wholesale and partner assortments.

Your responsibilities will include managing various aspects of article content governance, ensuring that guidelines are adhered to by both Zalando teams and partners, and that PDP content meets ethical, legal, and quality standards. You will also collaborate closely with external teams to achieve and further improve predefined quality targets.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Quality Governance: Initiate and drive central content quality initiatives to ensure consistency and accuracy across the platform.

  • Feedback Processes: Support feedback and correction processes for quality-related issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with external stakeholders to maintain and improve quality standards and consistency across the Zalando platform.

  • Support in building and maintaining a Quality Governance program, which is compliant with corporate objectives and policies (setting-up processes and KPIs).

  • Supporting Team Lead in leadership responsibilities (capacity planning and prioritisation, supporting junior team members, adaptive decision making).

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • Minimum 3 years of senior experience in a quality governance or similar role (preferable: quality management, quality assurance, content moderation) in a tech/ digital company, consulting or a fast-moving start-up.

  • Focus on delivering great results - data driven approach. 

  • Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of strong ownership, accountability and collaboration - you embrace change and always seek solutions. 

  • Excellent communication skills (stakeholders management) with a curious and proactive mindset.
