ABOUT THE TEAM 

Join the Business Intelligence Analytics team, a vital part of the Business Steering, Reporting & Insights unit. We are the data backbone of ZMS, responsible for building and maintaining the data and reporting landscape that drives strategic decisions. Our team bridges the gap between Commercial Analytics and BI Engineering, ensuring data accessibility and clarity for both analysts and non-analysts across the organization. We are passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights through curated data tables and user-friendly self-service BI tools.

The team is already well equipped with analytical expertise focused on various data topics and on top of that we are currently looking for a BI Analyst who will be responsible for enhancing the existing revenue steering & reporting data infrastructure.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • You will own integral parts of the Business Steering data and reporting landscape, including revenue KPIs, key ZMS Steering dashboards, with a strong focus on sales pipeline accuracy.

  • You will design and implement curated data tables and self-service BI tools, empowering users across the organization to access and utilize data effectively, while contributing to data modeling of the opportunity-to-cash process.

  • You will own and manage critical business attributes (from a partner, sales and financial perspectives) ), ensuring data integrity and consistency, and enhancing existing business logics for higher accuracy.

  • You will collaborate directly with Engineering and Product Management teams to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility, driving efficient data flow and improving sales pipeline predictability.

  • You will ensure data accuracy and quality, gather reporting requirements from stakeholders, and develop clear, effective data visualizations for actionable insights, aligning with the opportunity-to-cash data model.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF...

  • You possess a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field, demonstrating a strong analytical foundation. You have 3+ years of experience in a data-focused role, ideally within business intelligence or analytics, showcasing your practical expertise.

  • You are proficient in SQL and have proven experience working with relational databases, enabling you to manage and manipulate complex datasets.

  • You are skilled in using data visualization tools, particularly MSTR and Looker Studio, translating data into clear and impactful visual representations.

  • Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities allow you to tackle complex data challenges and deliver actionable insights.

  • You are an excellent communicator and collaborator, effectively bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with, DBT, Databricks, Jupyter Notebooks and scripting languages (Python, PySpark) is highly valued, expanding your ability to extract and analyze data.
