ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager who will be responsible for integrating brands and retailers into Tradebyte's system, managing multiple customer integrations and customizations, ensuring optimal online presence on various marketplaces, specializing in Tradebyte software and top channels, and customizing interfaces and data formats for partners (SDM skillset). They'll need technical skills in ETL tools like Boomi, JavaScript, SQL, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. They should have a process-oriented, service provider mindset, be confident in customer meetings, and possess entrepreneurial thinking, with experience in driving IT projects and obtaining relevant certifications. WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • As a technical project/delivery manager in our team, you are responsible for the entire integration of our flagship brands and retailers in our network

  • You are responsible for the simultaneous planning, management, and implementation of several customer integrations with our brands and retailers, such as needed customizations

  • You are responsible for ensuring that our sales partners on the various marketplaces and channels can quickly sell their products to end consumers and have an optimal online presence

  • For our partners, you are the specialist for our software and our top channels such as Zalando, Otto or AboutYou

  • After your Onboarding, you dive deeper into technical topics and will take on the consulting and customization of interfaces for our partners

  • As a part of customization, you are responsible for the conversion of our partner’s different data formats into our standard format

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  •  You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

  • You have a degree in business informatics, computer science or completed a similar training

  • You ideally already gained experience with Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) tools like Boomi. Experience with JavaScript and SQL is also a plus.

  • You have a strong analytical approach, hands on mentality and problem solving skills describe your way of working

  • You think "digital" - you are process-oriented and see yourself as a service provider both internally as well as externally

  • You appear professionally and confidently at customer meetings with world-famous brands and retailers

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting are your focus -  you want to make a difference

  • You created business processes in the IT segment, successfully drove challenging projects and ideally obtained and have an understanding of backend systems and APIs f.e. like REST, etc.

  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus
