THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As Principal Integrators Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and running the Certification Program for Integrators, among other business critical projects, to ensure Integrators perform according to expectations and are effective multipliers to our work at Zalando. You will be driving strategic performance improvements in the Integrators, working in close collaboration with our Product and Tech organisation. You will be creating frameworks and standardising ways of working between Integrators, Zalando teams (Operations, Tech Operations, Product) and Brands & Retailers (our Partners). You are capable to align annual roadmaps with Integrators, and run frequent check in’s (eg Quarterly Business Reviews) with senior management, both in the Integrator side and in Zalando. You anticipate and spot blockers, facilitate communication and coordination, in order to have a successful deployment of new features and releases. You involve yourself in driving the commercial alignment and performance of the Integrators, too.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • To set the bar for the Integrators’ performance and to continuously drive improvement in the Integratos against that bar and pre-aligned expectations.

  • To strategically align Integrators’ technical roadmaps to Zalando roadmaps, in short and long term cycles, for the ultimate purpose of achieving a better customer and partner experience.

  • To create deeper partnerships with Integrators.

  • To collect and implement feedback from Integrators, with the purpose of driving better customer experience and partner satisfaction.

  • To create scalable structure and ways of working between Zalando and Integrators, to work efficiently and improve customer and partner satisfaction.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • You are fluent in English.

  • You have relevant experience working at or with Integrators, in the context of digital marketplaces and deployment of technical features.

  • You have relevant experience running coordination between technical partners and stakeholders, in the context of ecommerce and/or digital marketplaces.

  • You are an experienced Individual Contributor, with clear leadership skills to drive cross-functional alignment to achieve goals.

  • You have experience in managing broad stakeholder structures across several teams and business units.

  • You possess excellent communication skills and you use them to move the company forward: you can present with clarity your ideas, verbally and in writing, and facilitate decision making in a timely manner.

  • You have the analytical skills and the ability to manage large sets of data. You are self-sufficient to create your own reports and dashboards and to create relevant information for decision making.
