Now, we're looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join our ZEOS team! You'll be instrumental in building these exciting new solutions, working hand-in-hand with experienced engineers and product managers to develop and maintain the technology that extends our fulfillment magic to external brands and partners. It's a wonderful opportunity to both learn and make a real difference.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaborate on Scalable Solutions – Partner with teams to design and implement robust, cloud-native architectures that support ZEOS’ multiple Merchants. Focus on building solutions that are scalable, efficient, and adaptable to evolving business needs, contributing to long-term success.

  • Foster Cross-Functional Innovation – Work closely with product and engineering teams to build and refine solutions that power key business operations. Balance technical excellence with practical business impact, enhancing collaboration across teams to spark innovation.

  • Guide Long-Term Platform Evolution – Ensure ZEOS’ platform remains adaptable and future-proof by prioritizing scalability, usability, and performance. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously evolve the platform in line with the company’s growth.

  • Cultivate Growth and Technical Excellence – Actively mentor and guide engineers, collaborate on design reviews, and help shape technical direction.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • Effective Leadership and Communication – Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Deep Understanding of Platform Architecture – Possess a comprehensive understanding of non-consumer platforms, infrastructure, and processes, with a focus on scalable and high-performance solutions.

  • Solid Foundation in System Architecture – Have a strong understanding of architectural principles, cloud technologies, and infrastructure design, ideally with practical experience.

  • Strategic and Forward-Thinking Approach – Possess the ability to plan and implement long-term strategies effectively, while ensuring operational excellence in day-to-day execution. 

  • Collaborative Experience in System Architecture – Demonstrate significant experience working with system architecture teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated and scalable platform solutions.
