We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join Zalando on a 12-month fixed-term contract (parental leave cover). Zalando’s Talent Acquisition team connects exceptional people with exciting opportunities. As part of one of Europe’s largest and most dynamic TA teams, you will play a key role in supporting Zalando’s growth and success. Working collaboratively within a diverse team, you will help shape hiring strategies, advise senior leaders, and contribute to talent decisions that strengthen our technology organization.

Full-cycle recruitment for Logistics, helping to build and scale high-performing teams in both tech and non-technical functions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to design and implement effective hiring strategies that attract top technical talent.
Use data and insights to refine hiring approaches and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Be accountable for implementing proactive sourcing techniques and strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool, build a robust talent pipeline, anticipate future hiring needs, and minimize time-to-fill positions.

You have experience managing end-to-end hiring processes for both technical and non-technical roles.
You have experience successfully sourcing diverse and niche candidate pools for both technical and non-technical talent.
You have a strong ability to build partnerships with hiring managers and enhance recruitment processes.
You have a strategic mindset, with experience executing hiring plans in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
You follow a continuous learning approach, always looking to improve and refine talent acquisition strategies.
You prioritize ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
