WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Design and implement state-of-the-art analytical frameworks and methodologies that tackle complex, ambiguous business problems with organization-wide impact

  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert in analytics, leading end-to-end complex analytical projects and translating findings into compelling narratives that drive strategic decision-making

  • Define and champion evidence-based decision making, analytical standards, documentation practices, and result-sharing methodologies within the organization

  • Mentor your stakeholders on data-driven best practises, analysts within your team to raise the bar, lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, and actively contribute to evolving the analytics community while staying at the forefront of industry developments

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • 7+ years of experience in product analytics with demonstrated expertise in user behavior analysis, product metrics frameworks, and digital customer journey optimization

  • Deep understanding of experimental design and A/B testing methodologies specifically for digital products, with proven track record of implementing sophisticated product analytics approaches that drove measurable business outcomes

  • Exceptional skill in translating product analytics insights into strategic product recommendations that have influenced significant product decisions at senior leadership levels

  • Extensive experience with product analytics frameworks and proficiency in programming languages (preferably Python, SQL, DataBricks) for advanced product usage pattern analysis.
