THE ROLE AND THE TEAM
Zalando is looking for a hands-on and creative Content Manager & Producer to elevate our content production and execution across key B2B channels. This position sits in the Partner Marketing & Communications team, part of the Corporate Affairs department, and is embedded within the Creative team, which drives the look, feel, and delivery of our brand storytelling to fashion brands and retailers.

We’re seeking someone who can turn creative ideas into operational reality: planning and running productions, coordinating creators and freelancers, delivering high-quality content on time, and owning the publishing and performance tracking across channels like LinkedIn and our website. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced execution, with strong production skills, channel know-how, and a bias for action.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality B2B content production across formats, with a focus on video and visual storytelling that aligns with Zalando’s brand.
Lead the content production process from end to end, including briefing, scripting, directing freelancers/agencies, and ensuring timely delivery.
Manage day-to-day collaboration with art directors and creative partners to ensure content output meets strategic objectives and visual standards.
Step in as needed to support hands-on execution (e.g., video editing, Photoshop) for short-turnaround assets or rapid testing.
Oversee and manage Zalando’s B2B content presence on LinkedIn and owned platforms, ensuring regular publishing, consistency, and performance tracking.
Use Contentful CMS and performance analytics to maintain structured, optimized content and work closely with marketing tech to improve distribution and reach.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU ARE
A creative content creator at heart with strong experience in executing content strategies in a B2B or brand marketing environment.
Confident in managing end-to-end video production, including briefing, scripting, scheduling, and coordinating agencies or freelancers.
Able to work hands-on with designers and art directors to deliver visually aligned content that meets brand and channel requirements.
Skilled in running LinkedIn content operations—planning, publishing, and optimizing posts to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Strong at managing content workflows, from intake and briefing through approvals and final delivery, in cross-functional settings.
Proficient in Contentful CMS, with working knowledge of SEO principles and performance tracking tools to ensure content is findable and effective.
Background in fashion, retail, or tech industries would be an asset
(Advanced) video editing and motion graphics skills is a nice to have
