WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
You’ll be involved in business case modelling for strategic initiatives, and financial performance tracking.
You’ll lead and execute Month-End closing process activities, Forecasts and Budget, including reporting and commenting on financial performance for the Content Solutions function.
You’ll analyze financial data and variance reports to identify discrepancies and investigate root causes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary information and resolve issues.
You’ll work closely with other finance and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth integration of intercompany processes and support the implementation of new business units initiatives.
You’ll have a history of being able to lead processes, handling multiple priorities, and comfortable to collaborate with a diverse cohort of stakeholders.
You will work in an expert team of two covering the functional controlling function for Content Solutions (2 business units) in Zalando.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You hold a degree (Bachelor, Master) in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent and you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance roles.
You come with a proactive mindset, hands on and eager to continuously learn and improve with an ability to solve problems quickly and in a structured manner.
You have a history of being able to lead processes, handling multiple priorities, and comfortable to collaborate with a diverse cohort of stakeholders.
Your prior experience demonstrated you are confident with handling the challenges of adapting the accounting, and financial processes.
You are an advanced user of Google products: Sheets, Docs, etc.; SAP or a similar ERP tool.
