The ZEOS Logistics department is responsible for all partner-facing Zalando Logistics Solutions. By uniting these services under a single umbrella, we provide a more holistic approach to deliver the optimal fulfilment solution to meet our partners' needs, and leverage common services to enable partner program growth.
Over the last years, we learned that solving fulfilment-related challenges for the good of our partners helps us to fuel the growth of our platform. Strengthened by this successful growth, we have started the next step in our journey - expanding our business outside of the Zalando ecosystem, exploring both physical and digital services.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (B2B), you will
take end-to-end responsibility over our product marketing strategy, positioning and launching a variety of logistics & software products in front of our target audience – fashion & lifestyle brands and retailers. As part of Zalando’s B2B unit ZEOS, you will work with multiple stakeholders across Product, Strategy, Marketing and Sales to support customer acquisition across different stages of the funnel.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
You will develop the overarching ZEOS positioning (in close collaboration with the Content Marketing team) and positioning & messaging for individual ZEOS products;
You will develop and execute a product marketing release strategy, incl. release prioritization, intake processes, launch templates, and channel & content mix;
You will plan and communicate releases for new products and features (with support from another Product Marketing Manager);
You will develop and execute a sales enablement strategy in close alignment with Sales;
You will work with an agency to develop and maintain assets and materials to support Sales with customer acquisition (pitch decks, one-pagers, competitor comparisons, explainer videos, demos, etc.);
You will connect with Sales to find success stories within the existing customer base, and work with customers to develop case studies in various formats;
You will work with Analytics to find relevant data points and create data-driven stories to showcase the value of our products;
You will develop strong relationships and ways of working with the Strategy, Product, Sales and Analytics teams.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF...
You have 6+ years of experience in B2B product marketing;
You are a native or near-native English speaker, with strong communication skills and a knack for compellingly presenting complex ideas;
You live & breathe customer insights and have extensive experience conducting research;
You are confident in managing cross-functional processes and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Hyper-growth startup background is highly desirable - you thrive in ambiguity and possess a hands-on mentality; you love both strategy and operations;
Self-starter with ability to execute multiple projects with tight deadlines and with focus on business results.
