As a Senior Audience Manager - Active Customer Management, you will be responsible for all campaigns to activate customers after signed up at Zalando Fashion Store

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Define and lead the customer communication strategy for active customers that are not signed up for the loyalty program and define segment-specific customer journeys.
Work with a team of Marketers & Tech Consultants; fostering collaboration with the markets and the loyalty team but also driving alignment to the broader vision.
Oversee the creation and optimization of personalized customer journeys for distinct audience segments, leveraging data insights to personalize communication and put a purpose behind every touchpoint.
Partner with Customer Analytics to deeply understand the different customer segments based on their source, characteristics and behaviors and translating these insights into actionable strategies.
Track KPIs, defined by customer analytics to measure the mid- and long-term impact of customer journeys, driving continuous improvement in GMV and engagement (incl upselling) for our active customers that are not opted in to our loyalty program.
Work closely with Direct Marketing, Pricing and Product but also other key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment on priorities.
Measure and report the impact of your activities and translate it into a quarterly roadmap, in alignment with the markets.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
7+ years of experience in Customer Management or Customer Insight, with a focus on customer journey design, audience segmentation and creative content development
Analytical mindset, with a proven expertise in working and tracking KPIs, with a track record of delivering measurable improvements ideally in full funnel strategies, including conversion rates and engagement metrics.
Strong communication and presentation skills to present roadmap and learnings to different stakeholders on different seniority levels up to General Management.
