The Studio is a dynamic team of UX all-rounders who make future strategy tangible through design. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior or Principal Product Designer who excels in design strategy, facilitation, and innovation. In this role, you will guide teams through complex challenges, turning abstract ideas into tangible outcomes. You will facilitate workshops, lead strategic initiatives, and apply design thinking to drive innovation and align cross-functional teams.
As part of a central design team, you will partner with business leaders, product teams, and other designers to ensure that design solutions are deeply informed by user insights and aligned with business strategy. You are skilled in storytelling, big-picture thinking, and synthesizing insights to create clarity and direction. You are comfortable navigating high-level strategy and hands-on execution, helping teams move from vision to action.
In addition to shaping end-to-end experiences, you bring a strong ability to facilitate conversations, structure decision-making, and create alignment in cross-functional environments. Your ability to craft compelling arguments, challenge the status quo, and articulate design’s role in strategy will be key to your success.

You love multidisciplinary thinking: You’re passionate about solving complex problems by generating multiple potential solutions, driving change, and exploring new product areas with both creativity and precision.
You’re hands-on and strategic: Whether you’re sketching user flows, wireframing, or designing high-fidelity interaction patterns, you dive deep into design execution. At the same time, you think strategically, creating visionary customer experiences, defining design principles, and driving design R&D.
You thrive in creative and ambiguous environments: You’re comfortable working on “blue sky” projects, balancing big-picture thinking and creativity, while bringing those ideas down to earth into actionable first steps that make a tangible impact. You know when to apply design thinking and when to refine pixels with attention to detail.
