THE ROLE AND THE TEAM
The EA&A Strategy & PMO (Project Management Office) team is responsible for driving Zalando’s IT projects in the areas of ERP, CRM, and DATA in alignment with our strategy. As a Senior Program Manager (all genders), you will be a key member of this team, responsible for ensuring the success of our most critical programs and projects. By leading projects and programs, you will support our DATA, SAP, and CRM teams in operating various data platforms, utilizing Salesforce, SAP, AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, and other cutting-edge technologies. You will establish and maintain effective ways of working—hybrid, agile, or predictive—to ensure efficient collaboration with respective teams.
WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Be a project manager for cutting edge projects supporting Zalando's growth in the area of ERP, CRM or DATA.
Drive change and test management.
Adjust your approach for each individual project and can play many roles; from in-house consultant to business analyst to hands-on product owner
Advise our customers in business and guide them on their journey of digitalisation their business processes
You instinctively identify what the critical success factors are and change complexity into clarity.
Remove any roadblocks that stand in the way of the program.
Effectively manage conflict and priorities.
Proactively “drive” projects and take ownership to bring it forward
Making Zalando's strategic IT programs / projects a success by getting things done and challenging the status quo.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have 7+ years of program / project management experience with a track record of delivering medium to high complexity programs and projects.
You have a good understanding and experience as project manager for SAP , CRM and what a data-driven company is.
You draw upon your past immersion of working in an agile and iterative environment and focus on delivering projects effectively and efficiently and know how to boost cross-functional teams and projects.
You apply high quality project management standards and make them evolve
Excellent communication skills, you should be able to present to top management and big groups.
Analytical skills - understand business requirements, calculate a business case, plan your project and manage it - be able to speak with middle management and translate the requirements into an IT architecture.
Experience in writing strategy papers followed by driving the change.
